Mediation Services

I promise to diligently and thoughtfully assist you in reaching a resolution prior to, during, and if necessary, following mediation - if at all possible – while fully recognizing and respecting that the ultimate settlement authority is in the hands of the parties, who have the power to voluntarily agree to a resolution or instead, decide to continue to litigate their dispute.

Flat Rate Fees

$3,000 half day

$5,000 full day

I do not charge initial consultation or administrative fees, or extra fees for time spent during preparation, review, or telephone calls prior to, and/or in follow up to mediation.

If the parties prefer an in-person mediation, office space is available to reserve in downtown San Francisco for an additional fee.
