About Jacqueline DeWarr

My Background

Over 25 years of civil litigation experience in multiple and varied areas of practice throughout California in state and federal court, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, civil rights, contract disputes, estate litigation, airline litigation, and school district litigation.

During my work as a litigator, I often settled cases informally between counsel by establishing trust through consistent open and straightforward communication. I also voluntarily served as an intercessor between multiple defendants and plaintiffs to reach Global settlements. While it is not always possible for counsel and the parties to reach an informal resolution alone, an unbiased neutral can provide another avenue to assist the parties in finding common ground and reaching a mutually beneficial settlement rather than continuing to litigate a dispute. I would consider it a privilege to be trusted with the opportunity to assist you.
