Resolve Your Dispute with Integrity
Expert civil mediation services throughout California, based in San Francisco
Why Choose Mediation?
Mediation places the outcome of a lawsuit or dispute in the hands of the parties as opposed to turning it over to a judge or jury. Typically, less than 3% of all civil cases filed in California go to trial.

For example, in 2023 there were a total of 732,788 civil cases filed in California, and only 622 civil jury trials. (Judicial Council of California, 2024 Court Statistics Report – Statewide Caseload Trends.) While some parties believe that seeking justice by having their day in court will bring more satisfaction than attempting to resolve a dispute, that is often not what happens in reality. People who are called to jury duty typically do not want to be there and unfortunately, may not decide a case based on the true merits, but instead, often rely on biases, prejudices, and opinions about the subject of the dispute, the attorneys, parties, and experts in reaching a verdict.
